Welcome to my webpage. I am Professor in the School of Mathematics of Georgia Tech. I am an applied mathematician interested in using and developing mathematics to study problems of scientific or technological interest. I am interested in all sorts of problems.
Brief biography:
I am originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 1992 I received my undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Buenos Aires and in 1997 my PhD in applied mathematics from MIT. During the three following years (1997-2000), I was a postdoctoral scholar and lecturer in applied mathematics at CalTech. Since 2000, I am a faculty member of the School of Mathematics of Georgia Tech.
